# Turbinefee Contract

Turbine Fee receives USDT fees from the Turbine release flow and distributes its entire current USDT balance among configured recipients. It does not keep individual claimable balances and has no public user claim function.

### Read the distribution configuration

`getFeeConfig()` returns two aligned arrays:

* `recipients`: fee recipient addresses;
* `bips`: allocation assigned to each address.

`DENOMINATOR()` is `10,000`. For example, `5000` means 50%, `3000` means 30%, and all `bips` values must add up to `10,000`.

| Function               | Purpose                                                                |
| ---------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `feeConfigLength()`    | Number of recipients                                                   |
| `feeRecipients(index)` | Recipient at a zero-based index                                        |
| `feeBips(index)`       | Allocation at the same index                                           |
| `usdt()`               | USDT token being distributed                                           |
| `dao()`                | Configured DAO                                                         |
| `executors(account)` | Whether an address may execute distribution |
| `owner()` | Current owner; the zero address normally indicates renounced ownership |

### Read the pending balance

The contract has no balance wrapper. Read `usdt()`, then call the USDT token's:

```
balanceOf(0x648C26DE0F9e27A820ad3c3c2a1AD044c2145C97)
```

Format the result using the USDT token's `decimals()` value.

### Distribution execution

`executeUsdt()` distributes the full USDT balance according to the configuration. It is restricted to addresses for which `executors(account)` is `true`.

Integer division can leave rounding dust. The published source sends all remaining dust to the final recipient so that the full balance is distributed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://document.sunprotocol.io/en/smart-contracts/turbinefee-contract.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
